Bootcamp Terms

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between deltaPlus Learning LLC (“deltaPlus,” “we”) and the parent or guardian who registers a student for a deltaPlus™ SAT® bootcamp, or the student, if 18 or older (“you”). By paying for a seat, you agree to them.

2. What a seat includes

  • Sixteen two-hour sessions over eight weeks, 32 hours in all, held online over Google Meet. Weekend sessions run 10:15 am to 12:15 pm and weekday sessions 5:15 to 7:15 pm, Eastern time.
  • An hour and a half of virtual office hours a week, as two 45-minute blocks.
  • The deltaPlus SAT app’s Premium plan for the student, through the group’s last session: every open workbook, with new ones added as they are written.
  • Time-management targets set for the student, including around any accommodations College Board has approved.
  • A small group: no more than six students.

The March groups prepare for the SAT of March 6, 2027, and the May groups for the SAT of May 1, 2027. A few May sessions move by a day to stay off Easter and Passover, and a moved session takes the time of the day it lands on.

4. Price and payment

  • A seat is $2,500.
  • The early price is $2,300 for a seat bought on or before the group’s early-price date in the table above. Our registration link fills in the early-price code for you; after that date the code no longer works.
  • You pay in full when you register, by card or bank payment, on Stripe’s checkout page. A seat is yours once the payment goes through.
  • The SAT itself is registered and paid for separately, with College Board.

5. Canceling a seat

  • At least a week before the group’s first session: you get half the price you paid back.
  • Within the last week before the first session, or after it: no refund.

6. Switching groups

Each SAT date has two groups that cover the same material on different days. A student may switch to the other group of the same pair once, for $100, while that group has an open seat.

7. If deltaPlus cancels

  • A whole group: you get a full refund.
  • A single session, canceled outright rather than moved: you get back one-sixteenth of the price you paid ($156.25 on a $2,500 seat, $143.75 on a $2,300 seat), along with a written summary of what that session would have covered and the steps to take before the next one.

8. Moved sessions

We never move a session with less than a week’s notice, except in an emergency. An emergency move is recorded, so that a student who can’t make the new time can watch it, and the office hours that go with that session are doubled. A moved session, whether moved with notice or in an emergency, doesn’t come with money back.

9. Missed sessions

There’s no refund for a session a student misses. If a student will miss one, tell us, and we’ll help them catch up.

10. Recording

Sessions moved in an emergency are recorded and shared only with that group. By registering, you agree to that recording, and Google Meet shows everyone in the session when it is being recorded.

11. In the sessions

We expect every student to be respectful of the group and to come ready to work. Office hours and sessions are for the enrolled student.

12. No guarantee of results

A bootcamp is preparation, not a promise of any score, admission, or scholarship. Only College Board scores the SAT.

13. Accommodations

Testing accommodations are requested from, and approved by, College Board’s Services for Students with Disabilities. Tell us about any that are approved, and we’ll set the student’s targets around them.

14. Privacy

What we collect when you register, and how we use it, is in the privacy policy.

15. Everything else

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. When they change, we update this page and its date; the terms in force when you paid govern your seat.
